Island Soul’s crewed charter begins with your custom-built yacht, creating a unique experience like no other. Our superior crew thrives to exceed your expectations.

The following topics have been compiled to explain how the yacht charter day works, what you can expect and what you can do to get ready.

Our staff works directly with each booking to accommodate dates and times for your charter. Distinct location options available

Credit card used at the time of booking must be present the day of departure, along with your photo I.D.

Food and beverages are welcome aboard the Island Soul, excluding red wine. Catering options are available to enhance your experience and day at sea!

In the event weather conditions prevent your departure, you have the option to cancel or reschedule without penalty or fees.

We require written notice of your cancellation and email is acceptable. If you cancel 30 days prior to commencement we will fully refund your deposit without any penalty. Between 30 and 14 days prior to your cruise we will retain your full deposit. Any time after 14 days before commencement we will retain 50% of the full charter fee.

  • Crew Gratuity (industry standard is 15% - 20%)

  • Beverages of your choice, except red wine
  • Additional towels although we do provide one per person.
  • Camera or smart phone
  • Any additional food items you'd like.

  • No self-tanning oils or 'bronzers' onboard the yacht
  • Avoid wearing denim or jean articles of clothing.
  • Do not bring red wine or other obviously staining beverages.
  • No BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.
